It is not entirely clear whether Jonesy's company is the good guys or the bad guys, but it will be discovered later.
On the other hand, if you are still interested in the challenges, they still have a few days to complete the remaining challenges in Chapter 2: Season 2. Once the new season launches, all the challenges and rewards of Season 2 will be eliminated.
