The toilet plunger is stuck in the wall of the TNTina room, on the right, above the refrigerator. If you fail to pick up the lid, you will have to go back and then re-enter the TNTina agent room and try to pick up the toilet lid again to get it and be able to move forward and continue with the rest of the computer's challenges.
