Myth challenges turn out to be fairly easy to find and these will automatically be highlighted on your map with an icon when you get close enough or you can use your far vision ability to find them.
On top of that, each completed Mythos Challenge will reward a different number of Charon's Coins, depending on the difficulty.

To use the view and track missions, press down on the right stick for a second or two. Then scan the surrounding area.
