Ys Memoire Galbalan boss After braving through the game's grueling dungeons and lethal bosses, you'll be facing off against The Oath in Felghana. This is easily one of the most daunting boss battles in the game, but it's your last hope to decide the fate of Felghana. So, you better bring your A-game.
You should be very well-prepared to defeat this monster because he is the final boss of the campaign. For maximum potential, level up the Raval armour and shield and the Brave sword to their maximum level. You will also want the Talisman of War and all of the Rubies for your Ignis Bracelet, among other items, to pump up your attack power. Be prepared to shell out some money to buy an unlimited supply of Katol Elixirs. You'll also have to invest a little time in grinding until you are about 50 levels old before tackling this fight.

Gather Your Stuff
You should be very well-prepared to defeat this monster because he is the final boss of the campaign. For maximum potential, level up the Raval armour and shield and the Brave sword to their maximum level. Ys Memoire Galbalan boss The Felghana Oath
Note that in this first phase of Galbalan, no damage can be inflicted. The boss will do two moves for this round: cross its fire lines in a futile attempt to harm you and you can get over them by jumping, and shoot big flame-throwing projectiles. Either try running past them or destroy them using your Terra Bracelet.
Once these two attacks are done, Galbalan will create upwards ice platforms for you to hop on to and pepper its glowing weak point on the boss with fireballs. You'll be in a position whereby you will have burned the boss by firing fireballs in its eye, opening its eye.
Ys Memoire Galbalan boss Now he's got himself into the action, the Oath in Felghana will begin swiping his hands across the room. You have to jump over them and stab its eye at the same time. Another attack it does is slam one of its hands to the arena, which sends shockwaves in every direction. To avoid damage, move away from the strike. If he keeps doing this, he'll be in the second phase.
Second Phase
Galbalan boss of Ys Memoire appears in the second act You will lose all magical power upon taking the Felghana Oath. This time it'll still be using its hands for attacks, but the arena will be filled with shifting laser lines. You have to skillfully avoid each of these obstacles before you can unleash your melee attacks on the boss, targeting either its arms or its eye.
Throughout the arena, the monster will periodically summon ice platforms for you to leap across barriers for brief moments. You can perform a descending slash while hopping down from the platform.
Another attack Galbalan will do is pull his arms back and then slam them onto the arena floor. This sends a wave of ice shards across the floor. Timing your jumps will be the best way to avoid this arena-wide attack; the Terra bracelets, though, give you some room for error.
Once you've inflicted enough damage, the boss will briefly be able to throw fireballs into your eye as your magical energy starts to regenerate. If you do this again and again, the boss will move on to the next stage.
Stage Three
Ys Memoire has Galbalan as its third stage boss. Defeating this Felghana boss means having to strike that large ball Oath is swinging at you gets tumbled towards in ever-fastened swings while one navigates around its many arena attacks- literally making sure the floor seems to get him past these hail bullets while running amidst them always.
During this phase, the boss will mostly employ two attacks. The first thing it does is call down a smoke void which then spews out a pattern of many projectiles. Manage this attack with your jumps as you deftly maneuver between its gaps. The second move that he does is to call down a ground vortex. If you don't want to receive an unblockable attack that does a whole lot of damage, then this move is to be avoided at all costs.
