In order to finish the mission and get an elderly turtle to safety, this guide will walk you through every step of the way.
To find out what happened to Nola, speak with Lashk after you've picked up "Nola's Last Wish" from Alyx in World of Warcraft's 20th Anniversary Celebration area. Proceed to Vol'dun in Zandalar from here.
The portal to Zuldazar allows Horde players to reach Zandalar fast. Those who have completed the Alliance campaign in Battle for Azeroth can board the boat to Zandalar at Boralus. You could also take a boat from Kalimdor, which is allied to the Alliance, to the Echo Isles and go there directly.
You can get the clue you need for the quest without visiting Tortaka Refuge, where Elder Kuppaka offers some supplementary information if you're interested.
Just the item, not the quest, Nola's Last Wish, may be found at Tortaka Refuge in Vol'dun. Gather Nola's Last Wish from the scrolls in the little Tortollan camp that overlooks the naga area.
