How to start Titan Resurgence in WoW The War Within?

You have a couple of things to complete beforehand, though: you will need to finish the campaign story in each of the four zones of Khaz Algar and level up any character to the fullest.

Since the Khaz Algar campaign is essentially a level-up campaign, you're able to do both tasks simultaneously and also pretty quickly. You actually can start after you do these tasks and unlock all weekly events and world missions across all four zones.

You are supposed to finish three Isle of Dorn quests, activities, or world missions to unlock the Titan Resurgence. Since this Special Assignment takes place exclusively in the zone Isle of Dorn, you can only do it by completing world quests and events within this zone. The following Isle of Dorn world activities and events are doable fast:

How to initiate Titan Resurgence?

An example is the global mission called The Special Assignment: Titan Resurgence, which requires you to fight against one large Elite Eroded Titan Construct. This Special Assignment will automatically unveil two probable places on your map.

First at 72.4, 30.8 beside the river west of Rambleshire; second at 70.1, 71.2 on a small island southeast of the Isle of Dorn. Head to whichever one you have and get ready for a fight and a kill on the Eroded Titan Construct.

This isn't exactly your typical encounter, though it does appear to be a rather straightforward one-you'll want to employ the use of your Stormrider mount, which you can equip in the nearby area. For this flying mount with its three unique skills, it can help you down the boss:

Charge Ahead protects you
Swirling Wave (cure you)

Ascending Skyward (damages) Take the Skyriding ride and fly over the Eroded Titan Construct to defeat it. This boss has two abilities: one where he shoots a laser at you, and the other where he generates red glowing orbs that you will need to dodge. Use utility Stormrider mount spells to defend yourself and launch electric attacks at the boss with Skyward Ascent. Here is the reward list after defeating the boss: 200 Honor with the Dornogal Council of Abandoned Adventurer's Cache Gold.
