• Progress through Horrific Visions until you fully clear a zone (100% completion).
• A chest will spawn near the final NPCs—open it to obtain Shadow Infused Onyx.
• Since you need 20x, this will require multiple runs.

4. Black Blood Infused Bars (4x Needed)

Location: Orgrimmar (Valley of Wisdom) or Stormwind (Dwarven District)
