The first thing you have to do is to go to the store, to do this you can access by pressing the three hexagon button on the top right corner of the screen > select the backpack option to access the backpack menu > then you will have to access the currency option on the right side of the screen > click on the store icon and you are done.

You can also enter the store by pressing the buy button from the game screen and selecting the HOT items store option.

Once in the store, you will need to purchase the item called "Identity Upgrade Card", which is priced at 300 dark crystals. This currency can be obtained by completing quests and other activities around the world.
