Traveling fast is becoming a common feature in video games, Death Stranding has it and we will tell you everything so you can use it.

What is the fast travel in Death Stranding?

Basically the fast trip in the game will work in the same way as other games that also have this feature that will allow you to travel from one point to another instantly and quickly, although in the game the objective of this tool is to prevent you from just doing delivery trap.

This tool will be unlocked upon arrival at Lake Knot City at the beginning of Episode 3 - Fragile. After completing the boat annihilation belt, Fragile will give you one of its umbrellas that will allow you to make the trip.

When equipping the umbrella you can press the square button that will allow you to access the list of locations where you can make your trips.

How does the fast travel  work in Death Stranding?

You should keep in mind that this tool will only allow you to carry a limited amount of items, you can wear the skeleton you have equipped, the boots you have on and the power gloves if you have them equipped. The rest of the items you carry will be stored in the private closet and not in the place where they were.

This means that as such the fast trip despite being useful on the one hand, is very limited on the other, however it is still a very useful tool especially for grinding connection levels or looking for memory chips, although in general it is not you will use frequently.
