Another method to charge up your Frost Blast Field Upgrade is to look out for Full Power Boost drops. After killing a Zombie, there's a chance for a Full Power Boost drop, which instantly charges up your Field Upgrade. When using the Frost Blast Field Upgrade to freeze Zombies, it's important to be strategic. Don't waste your charges on single or small groups of Zombies. Another method to encounter Mimics is to keep an eye out for Infested Strongholds. These strongholds have a chance of spawning Mimics, providing you with an opportunity to freeze them. However, be prepared before entering these strongholds by using a Gas Mask to protect yourself from the toxic gas. Once inside, lure the Mimics out into open spaces where you have more room to maneuver and freeze them effectively.
When facing Mimics, it's important to keep your distance and be aware of their attacks. Mimics have the ability to transform into objects and surprise you when you least expect it.
