Modder Lyall, known for their work on ultrawide support and other PC game enhancements, has created a patch that unlocks the frame rate in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.
Close the Game: Ensure Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is completely closed before proceeding. Download the Patch: - Visit the Lyall's GitHub page for the FF7 Rebirth Fix. (Search for "Lyall FF7 Rebirth Fix" on GitHub to find the latest release.)
- Download the most recent release (the file name will be similar to FF7RebirthFix_v[version number].zip).
Extract the Files: Extract the contents of the downloaded zip file into the game's installation directory. The default Steam installation path is usually: steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH Configure the Patch: - Navigate to the game's installation folder.
