Make that your graphics processing unit (GPU) is correctly installed and that its drivers are current.
Verify Linkages
Verifying accurate connections is a basic first step. If your dedicated graphics processing unit (GPU) is not being detected by the game, double-check that the HDMI or DisplayPort cable is connected to the motherboard rather than the GPU. To verify that the game is compatible with your hardware, connect the wire to a specific port on your graphics card.
Picture Preferences
You may need to switch to your dedicated GPU in order to get the game to run. Open Windows' Graphics Settings, go to Desktop App > Browse, and then find the Rebirth executable.
