The train that stopped
Rather than taking either of the elevators, take the staircase to head up to the upper floor. Of the two elevators, the one on the left is the best option. You definitely do not want to risk alerting possible enemies about your presence through the elevator movement. Head up the stairs and disable the chain blocking access to the platform where the train is.
As you approach the platform, be ready to tackle three Isle of Dogs Syndicate henchmen. Surprise is everything here in holding the upper hand. The silenced Spy Pistol Winston gave you will come quite in handy here. Be particularly cautious about the Syndicate Grunt among them, as he has enhanced strength and resilience. If there is no alternative to open conflict, then maintain a safe distance or employ stealth to obtain superior positioning for a killing blow.
If you are wary going through this area and use your gear to full potential, then you'll have a good opportunity to beat these guys.
Destroy/Divert the train
You have a tough decision ahead. There are two very divergent paths to take:
- Loyalty Path: Destroying the train is what Sebastian wanted you to do. This course of action is most likely going to antagonize Winston. In carrying out this action, you will need to board the train and carefully find where the bomb is positioned according to the given picture. One advantage about this strategy is that it gives you a chance to complete the assignment without killing all enemies. You should make a quick getaway as soon as the explosive goes off.
- Path of Diplomacy: While this will no doubt please Winston, it puts you at risk of losing Sebastian. Infiltrate the conductor's cabin, using your Subterfuge skill on the Monorail Controls to re-route the train to Canning Town Station. En route, as the train arrives, you will rejoin the trusted allies from the Vagabonds, who have pulled off their own success in cleaning the station of Syndicate goons. Be cautious, however, for another enemy group could exist beyond the station's confines.
