Where to Find the Language Module in Fallout London?
Kant speaks only in German at first, though you can earn the Language Module to have the AI speak in English. According to the game, this Mission Objective can be found at the Upton-Burke Headquarters. Be careful, though; that whole area is crawling with Naval Walker machines, which are essentially giant walking mines that will come towards you if they spot you and explosively detonate. You can sneak past them, sneak around, or let your companion soak up the damage by drawing their aggro and simply waltzing on by.
Once you actually get inside the building, you will have to use an elevator. Be careful for more dangers, such as a minimum of one Protectron and Ceiling-Mounted Laser Turrets. Having powerful weapons or explosives at your disposal will help you significantly in getting through the above section. The Language Module will be placed near one of the consoles on the top floor, as shown in the screenshot below. If you get close enough to the module, a marker will appear.
Install Module on the U-boat: Head back to the U-96 and talk to the Kant AI again. This time, Hans will follow you; he will take the Language Module from you and have it installed. Now, Immanuel Kant should speak in English, making it easier for you to converse with the AI.

Well, unfortunately, one fine day a big problem will turn up: the artificial intelligence will lock everybody inside a submarine with the protagonist of the story, mistaking them for its crew. In this way, all access to the upper hatch will be blocked.
To do this, engage Kant in conversation. First, talk about all the topics concerning philosophy, choosing one at a time. When you have discussed topics, go back to the general dialogue and then concentrate on the next choices in white. These are the ones that you have not yet chosen.
To exploit the AI, choose the dialogue options "What is your sacred duty? " then "Ah, so to get what you want, you use people as a stepping stone." If this option does not now appear continue back through the philosophical debates to ensure that you have completed them all. Once you have negotiated your way through the above dialogues, the mission objective will update and the submarine exit is now open.
Speak to Hans and Otto, ensuring that you accept their reward: Hans's flamethrower. There are other ways of dealing with the AI, but some of them will demand special abilities. Example: You can hack into the Missile Security System terminal, for which the Master level of the Hacker perk is required. It's worth mentioning that Hans is equipped with a very dangerous weapon—a Glow-Sighted Calibrated Powerful Hans' Eigentum Pistol that does 114 points of damage and features a few mods. While you are free to attack and kill both Germans, consequently looting their bodies, this is best done after you have completed the following quest—of course, after getting the flamethrower.
This allows a person to go through with the mission without potential noise.
