The path to watching the film unravels through multiple stages, each requiring a keen eye and a logical mind. This comprehensive guide will lead you through every step, from gaining entry to the estate to the final repair, with all the crucial details needed to navigate this multi-layered challenge.
Dead Take: Projector Repair Puzzle
Phase 1: Gaining Entry to the Cain Estate
Your journey begins outside the locked main gates of the mansion. The security booth, though seemingly abandoned, holds the first set of clues.
Deciphering the Security Code: Enter the security office to the left of the main gate. On the computer desk, you will find a yellow post-it note with the partial security code: .320. The note explicitly states that the first two digits are the first two numbers of the mansion's address.Environmental Observation: Exit the security booth and use your flashlight to examine the gate pillar to the right of the main gate. The mansion’s address, 5167, is subtly displayed there. This reveals the complete security code is 51.320.Activating the Key Fob: To use this code, you need a key fob. Locate the small white box affixed to the wall to the left of the computer desk. Open the box to find a Key Fob (Blank). Return to the computer, place the blank fob on the reader, and input the full code, 51.320, to activate it.Breaching the Gate: With the now-activated key fob in hand, approach the gate's reader to the left of the main entrance. Using the fob will unlock the gate, allowing you to finally step into the unsettling quiet of the Cain Estate.Phase 2: Accessing the Mansion’s Theater Room

Acquiring the Screwdriver: Make your way to the projector room, located through a door in theopposite corner of the theater. On the floor near the projector, youwill find a weathered toolbox. Open it to retrieve the Screwdriver, a vital multi-purpose tool for the rest of this puzzle. The Roomba Conundrum: Leave the theater and return to the main floor. Take a detour down along, dark hallway towards a gallery. A haunting red glow and the softwhirring sound of a stuck robot vacuum cleaner will catch yourattention. Interact with the Roomba to pick it up.Retrieving the Storeroom Key: Flip the Roomba over. Use your newly acquired Screwdriver to remove the screws on its underside panel. Inside, you will find the Storeroom Key, a peculiar item the vacuum has managed to suck up.Phase 4: Locating the Replacement Part
