In the exhilarating world of Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound, the core gameplay revolves around fluid combat, lightning-fast movement, and a deep sense of mastery. However, the game also offers a robust layer of side content, including collectibles that are crucial for progression and customization. Ninja Gaiden Ragebound: Where To Find Every Golden Scarab In Act 1

The Purpose of Golden Scarabs

Golden Scarabs are the primary currency for many of the game's most powerful upgrades and items. As you progress through the story and unlock Muramasa's Shop, you will be able to spend your collected Scarabs on a variety of things, including:

• Talismans: Special items that provide your character, Kenji, with powerful buffs or debuffs. These are crucial for tackling higher difficulties or for manipulating the game's ranking system.
• Ragebound Arts: Powerful special moves that can turn the tide of a battle.
• Black Spider Weapons: A unique set of weapons that the second protagonist, Kumori, can use.
• Health and Weapon Upgrades: Scarabs can also be traded for permanent upgrades to your character's health and damage output.

Some Golden Scarabs, distinguished by a blue gem in the center, are particularly valuable as they count as three Scarabs toward your total. To unlock all the available items and upgrades, you will need to find a significant number of these collectibles.

Golden Scarab Locations: Act 1

To help you get a head start on your collection, here is a detailedguide to all the Golden Scarabs found in the first act of the game.

Level 1-2: Seized by Dark Forces

This level contains three Golden Scarabs.

Golden Scarab 1: As you enter the first house and encounter the enemy throwing cleaversfor the first time, defeat the enemy and the Scarab will be located inthe same area.

Golden Scarab 2: After a meteorshower, you will reach another house. The second Golden Scarab can befound by jumping up when you reach this house.

Golden Scarab 3: Later in the level, as you climb a burning house, the final Scarab ishard to miss. It is situated right next to a demon throwing cleavers asyou ascend.

Level 1-3: After the Demons!

This level also contains three Golden Scarabs, including a valuable "triple" Scarab.

Golden Scarab 1: Early in the level, after you've climbed a tree and found two burningpots, the Scarab is located above a set of spikes. You must hang off the bottom of the platform to grab it.

Golden Scarab 2: As you ascend a cave and reach a checkpoint, the second Scarab is placed to the right of a statue and is impossible to miss.

Golden Scarab 3 (Triple Scarab): Shortly after finding the second Scarab, you will cross a broken bridge and enter a forest area. This special Scarab, which counts as three, is hidden underneath the first platform you come across.
