The latest update for Black Myth: Wukong, version 1.0.12.16581, introduces an array of exciting new features, such as Boss Refights and Boss Rush Challenges. Among these enhancements, the Journeyer's Charts stand out as a particularly valuable tool for completionists. These essential items provide the Destined One with a map of the area they are exploring, with six to gather throughout the game.
Gathering all 6 of Black Myth: Wukong's new Journeyer's Charts will simplify your navigation and help you uncover those easily missed areas. Now is the ideal moment to dive in if you haven't yet started the game, or to embark on NG+ and collect anything you may have overlooked.
Black Myth Wukong: How to Get a Map
Upon your visit to a Keeper Shrine in the initial region of the game, Black Wind Mountain, you will seamlessly acquire the Journeyer's Chart for that very location. This feature lets you explore a comprehensive map that highlights the locations of all the Keeper Shrines you've discovered. This initial Journeyer's Chart is complimentary, but acquiring additional ones will require a bit of Will.
As you embark on a new chapter of the game, your first task will be to locate a Keeper Shrine, which is essential for obtaining the Journeyer Chart for that area. After discovering a Keeper's Shrine, you can purchase it directly from the shop located on-site. The maps starting from Chapter 3 are particularly valuable, as the environments become increasingly expansive and challenging to traverse as you advance. Chapter 6 presents a notably expansive space that can be quite challenging to navigate completely, whereas the intricate underground passages of Chapter 4 offer significant advantages as well.
Every Journeyer's Chart presents a beautifully crafted map of the region, highlighting the location of the Destined One and any Keeper Shrines they have previously explored. Players can collect a total of six Charts throughout the six chapters of the game.
