The Devil's Fee store is located in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate. In order to find the infernal items, you will need to pickpocket Helsik, the owner of the store, for several keys. In order to initiate a conversation with Helsik, make sure you have a Coin of Mammon and some Infernal Marble in your possession. The Coin of Mammon can be found in various locations throughout the game, so keep an eye out for it.
