In Baldur's Gate 3, you must first reach the town of Rivington and begin the third act to find the infamous Guildhall. This is what I would call the hub of the game, and it is here where you get a new map that will help you locate new locations, such as Guildhall.
Baldur's Gate 3: How to find the Guildhall in Baldur’s Gate 3?
To find the Guildhall in BG3, you must go through a door labeled "No Entry – Does Not Exist" in the lower city sewers through a passage beneath the Basilisk Gate Barracks. As expected, there is no clear entrance to the Guildhall due to the confusion of the underworld group. Instead, you must pass through several entrances to finally reach the one housing the criminal enterprise.
To start, you must have reached the Basilisk Gate waypoint. After passing Wyrm's Crossing and the Wyrm's Rock fortress, it is the first one you will encounter. To reach this landmark, you must go to the Lower Town of Baldur's Gate. To find the Basilisk Gate Barracks, you need to head north once you are at Basilisk Gate. Inside the building to the east, you will still find a red-haired woman fighting a Flaming Fist guard. You can interact with these two or pass them before entering the prison through the main door.
Here, you need to go to the back of the area (turn left) to find the Pit latrine "door". In fact, this is simply a hole in the ground because it is like a latrine for the prisoners. Jump into the hole and you'll find yourself in Lower City Sewers, despite your best wishes. Through the mud, it rises to the platform, producing a poisonous gas. You can find a lever on the other side that turns off the fumes if you jump towards the throttle. But you'll need your entire party to jump off the central wooden scaffolding to reach the second level, which requires using Misty Step/Fly to get to the other side. As far as I know, there is no other way to reach the second level.
I used Misty Step and Fly with three characters and jumped to the wooden scaffolding and then to the other side of the room with my Athlete Paladin. Go up the stairs to your right until you find a door labeled "No Entry - No Exit" when you are on the other side. This is the access to the BG3 Town Hall. You can also use the Misty Step or Fly scrolls if your characters can't get to the other side using a spell.
When he opens the door, he finds several characters, including the tiefling Mol and Nine-Fingers Keene, the leader of the hall. An additional door can be found on the other side of the Guildhall that takes you to the streets of the Lower Town, which you can also use to access the Guildhall.
What is the role of the City Council in BG3?
Most of the criminal groups in the city of Rivington are affiliated with the Guildhall. However, for a small fee, the City Council also protects the city and anyone who requests it.
