Find Gondian Zanner Tobbin
Enter the Foundry after the cutscene ends. Approach the large door of the Security Office on your left and roll a die to unlock it. Inside is Gondian Zanner Toobin. Get closer to the lower levels.
Leave the room with Gondian Zanner Toobin and find some stairs leading to a door right next to it. Continue to the lowest level of the Steel Watch Foundry. Many enemies will wait for you here. Therefore, be sure to restore your life and spells before entering. Then defeat all the people in the area.
Defeat the Steel Guardian Titan.
After clearing all the enemies in the area, go to the locked 30-roll door at the following coordinates: References: X: -1959, Y: 454. Keep an eye on the game and continue rolling until successful. It is found in the Control Center in the antechamber after opening the door. Here you will find Titan Watcher Steel and Hellfire Watcher. The Steel Watcher Titan is a large boss that is protected by three normal Steel Watchers. Defeat them both and loot the Titan Steel Watcher to obtain the legendary bow Gontr Mael.
