How to get the Shadow Lantern in Baldur’s Gate 3

Its sole purpose is as a weapon, it can only deal 1d6 damage when wielded with two hands, but grants the wielder the power of the 6th level necromancy spell, Conjure Shadow Lantern Wraith.
