• 1. Find a suitable location: Look for an open area with enough space to place the gateways parallel to each other. This will create a "hallway" of dinosaur gateways.
• 2. Place the gateways: Set up the gateways parallel to each other, ensuring there is enough space for the Argentavis to enter.
• 3. Add doors to the trap: Attach Wood Dinosaur Gates to the first and last gateways. These doors will serve to secure the trap once the Argentavis is lured in.

• 1. Aggro the Argentavis: Approach the Argentavis and get its attention. This can be done by shooting it with a projectile, such as an arrow or a bullet. Be careful not to kill it.
• 2. Open and close the door: Open one of the doors on the trap and quickly close it before the Argentavis has a chance to escape. This will trick the creature into thinking it can enter and escape through the open door, only to find itself trapped inside the gateway hallway.

• 1. Tranquilize the Argentavis: Using your Crossbow or Longneck Rifle, shoot Tranq Arrows or Tranq Darts at the Argentavis. Aim for its body to inflict torpor, which will gradually render the creature unconscious.
• 2. Space out your shots: To effectively raise the creature's torpor, space out your shots by approximately 30 seconds. This will ensure that the Argentavis doesn't wake up before it is properly sedated.
• 3. Feed the Argentavis: Once the Argentavis is unconscious, access its inventory and place Raw Meat inside. This will serve as its food source during the taming process. Make sure to keep an eye on the creature's torpor level and feed it more Raw Meat when necessary.
• 4. Protect the Argentavis: While the Argentavis is unconscious, it is vulnerable to attacks from other creatures. Make sure to defend it from any potential threats until it is fully tamed.
