How to Rank Up in Tamagotchi Plaza

In Tamagotchi Plaza, players assume the pivotal role of Chairperson for the Tamagotchi Fest Trade Committee. Their core responsibility is to oversee and foster the growth of all local shops. To achieve this, players must actively visit the various businesses run by Tamagotchi and offer their assistance.As players invest their efforts into each business, they have the opportunity to rank up, which in turn unlocks additional gameplay options. This guide will provide players with the essential information about ranking up in Tamagotchi Plaza, empowering them to strategically decide which areas to prioritize.

Tamagotchi Plaza: How to Rank Up

Upon opening the map in Tamagotchi Plaza, players will observe that each location they interact with possesses its own "evaluation"score. This evaluation is fundamental to understanding the rankingsystem. In Tamagotchi Plaza, evaluations range from 0 Smiles to 5 Smiles. When a player hasn't yet interacted with a shop, its evaluation will be set to 0 Smiles. By visiting the shop and successfully completing a few tasks, the evaluation score will progressively increase.

Once a shop reaches 5 Smiles, a special event occurs: Prince Tamahiko will visit the shop and request a service. If players are able to provide a satisfactory service to Prince Tamahiko, he will then offer them the option to increase the shop's status for a price.

For a shop to achieve Metchi status (2 Stars) in Tamagotchi Plaza, it only needs to increase its rank once. This status upgrade costs 150 Gotchi. Players must carefully consider whether to accept this upgradeimmediately. While reaching a higher status does unlock more featuresfor the shop, it also makes subsequent tasks within that business harder. Furthermore, if players don't have enough Gotchi, they might prefer topostpone the upgrade and instead focus on developing another businessfirst.

What Should You Improve First in Tamagotchi Plaza?

Players have the freedom to choose any section or shop within the town squareto focus on first. However, if they feel unsure or lost about where todirect their efforts next, they can always seek guidance from Picochutchi.

Picochutchi can be found inside the player's house in Tamagotchi Plaza. Upon entering your home, you'll see the desk where you can change yourcurrent Vice Chairperson. On the opposite side of the room, you willnotice Picochutchi, who provides valuable advice on what players shoulddo next to improve the town.
