Tome #1: The Troll Cave Loot
Your search begins shortly after the mission start. As you follow the riverbank, stay to the leftmost path. You will soon encounter a waterfall and a sign pointing toward a troll cave. Venture inside this cavern.Be prepared: a Bile Troll guards this area. While a strong boss-killer like a Bounty Hunter can handle it, the team should focus fire. Once the threat is neutralized, look for a grisly pile of bones and corpses in the cave's center. Among the scattered supplies, you will find the first Tome.Tome #2: The Blasted Cave Crevice
Progress through the mission until you reach a scripted event where you must use a gunpowder barrel to blast open a cave entrance. After the explosion clears and you've fought off the ensuing Skaven, enter the newly opened cavern.Instead of following the main path forward, navigate along the right-hand edge of the cave. You will need to double back and look for a narrow, easy-to-miss ledge. A careful jump will take you to a secluded crevice containing a chest, and inside is the second Tome.Tome #3 & Grimoire #1: The Key to the River House
After exiting the cave system, you'll battle through a Rotblood encampment leading to a dilapidated house by the river. Do not break down the boarded door immediately.
First, head to the shoreline near the house and locate a small tunnel entrance sealed by chains. Smash through them to find a crucial Key inside.
Now, return to the derelict house. Destroy the boards and enter, but ignorethe upper floor for now. Search the ground floor for a locked hatch. Use the key to open it and descend into the basement. The first Grimoiresits ominously on a central altar.
After claiming the Grimoire, head upstairs to the second floor. The third and final Tome is cleverly stashed beneath one of the beds.
Grimoire #2: The Skaren Ship Plunder
The final Grimoire is located during the thrilling ship-to-ship combatsequence. Once you board the allied "Shadowship," you must defend itwhile fending off attacking Skaven vessels.
Wait for the moment when a Skaven ship pulls alongside to attempt boardingyour craft. Instead of waiting, be the aggressor and leap onto theirship.
Once aboard theenemy vessel, immediately turn to your right. Look up towards the ship's chimney or smokestack. The second Grimoire is wedged precariously intothe wooden beams of the ceiling above. A well-timed jump is all that'sneeded to secure this final, curse-laden prize.
With all Tomes and Grimoires in hand, your team is perfectly positioned toreclaim Kruber's birthright and earn the highest quality loot the Reikhas to offer.
