In the game you will have to jump to Bianco Hills, which is the first level you will go through in the game.
Once his encounter with Petey begins, there will be smaller enemies crawling around that you will need to avoid to avoid taking damage. You will have to wait for Petey's mouth to open and, once he does, squirt water into his mouth until it is full of water. The best way to do this is by standing still and shooting water by holding down the R button, but make sure you don't waste the water. Once it is full, your belly button will be exposed and you will lie on your back on the floor. This is your chance to get on top of him and then perform a blow to his belly button by jumping and then pressing ZL.
