How To Beat Mann In Stellar Blade

Stellar Blade features numerous challenging bosses throughout its campaign, but replaying these encounters isn’t always straightforward due to the game’s save system. Fortunately, the Boss Challenge mode allows players to revisit any previously defeated boss—including Mann, a hidden optional boss who rewards skilled players with an exclusive Nano Suit.

How to Unlock Mann in Stellar Blade

To fight Mann, players must:

Finish the main story and roll the credits.

Return to the title screen and select Boss Challenge.

Select Mann from the available bosses (he only appears after completing the game).

Unlike other bosses, Mann is not tied to New Game+ (NG+), meaning he remains accessible in Boss Challenge mode regardless of progression.

Mann is one of Stellar Blade’s toughest fights, designed for experienced players. His aggressive moveset includes swords, a hammer-spear hybrid, and a long-range gun, making him dangerous at any distance.

Phase 1: Swords & Gun

• Opening Attack: Mann begins with a slow, long-range sword slash—easy to perfect parry.
• Close-Range Combos: He uses 2-3 hit sword combos with brief pauses, allowing counterattacks.
• Gun Shot: Fires a single, telegraphed shot—dodge sideways and punish with a dash attack.

Phase 2: Hammer & Spear (After 20% HP Loss)

• Hammer/Spear Combos: Faster and harder to predict. Parry at least two attacks in a row to interrupt him.
• Jump Slam: If you create distance, Mann leaps with an unblockable AoE slam—dodge last-second.
• Deadly Charge Attack: He drags his hammer before rushing forward. If it connects, he grabs and deals massive damage—sidestep or dash away.

Winning Strategies

✅ Stay Close: Most of his attacks are parryable in melee range.

✅ Use Rockets at a Distance: Break his shield safely with the rocket launcher attachment.
