Where to Find All Spool Fragment in Silksong

Spool Fragments are a vital item in Hollow Knight: Silksong, as they bind Silk, which is essential for Hornet's combat and healing abilities. For every two Spool Fragments you collect, Hornet’s Silk Spool gains an extra segment, allowing for more healing and attacks. Many of these fragments are hidden in challenging-to-reach areas.Here are all the known locations for Spool Fragments in the game.

Silksong: All Spool Fragment locations

Fragment 1 (Bone Bottom)

To find this fragment, start from the Rest area and take the elevator to the left. Once you exit, continue going right, leaping across a series of platforms until you reach a gate that leads to a new section. In this new area, use the stair walls and platforms to climb all the way to the top section of the room. From the top, continue heading left, and you will find the first Spool Fragment waiting for you.

Fragment 2 (Deep Docks)

This fragment is located in the Deep Docks area. Begin from theShakra area and head straight until you find a lever. Hit the lever toactivate the elevator and descend to the very bottom. Take the left path at the bottom until you encounter a second elevator. Enter thiselevator to descend to the ground level and use the platforms to descend further. Be sure to stay on the right side of the platforms to reachthe fast travel gate. Once you are there, use the lava platforms toreach a lever. Activate the lever and use the newly positioned lavaplatform to ascend to the top section of the room, where you will spotthe Spool Fragment.

Fragment 3 (Greymoor)

To obtain this fragment, you must have the Drifter’s Cloak and Cling Grip abilities unlocked. This fragment is in a hidden room that can be accessed by climbing up to the Halfway Home area. Continue into the next section until you find a bridge. Cross the bridge and hit the lever to make it descend. From there, climb up withthe help of balloons and platforms. The Spool Fragment will be locatedon the top-right side of this area.

Fragment 4 (Bellhart)

This Spool Fragment is a reward for completing a specific side quest. Afteryou successfully complete the "My Missing Courier" quest in the Bellhart area, you will be able to purchase a Spool Fragment directly from the shop for 270 Rosaries.

Fragment 5 (Weavenest Atla)

As you enter the Weavenest Atla area, head toward the central-left corridor. Use your Cling Grip ability to climb all the way to the top of this corridor. At the top,you will encounter a large bug rolling towards you. Head left and jumpdown to a lower platform to safely acquire the fragment.

Fragment 6 (The Slab)

The final fragment is located at the bottom of The Slab area. To access it, you will need to have both the Key of Indolent and the Key of Heretic in your inventory. With both keys, use the cages to reach a hidden room. Once inside, you will need to use your Cling Grip to reach the Spool Fragment.
