What is Grookey?

It's a Chimp Pokemon, initiator of the Grass type group. This has a kind of stick with which you can hit during clashes.

How to evolve Grookey in Thwackey in Pokemon Sword and Shield?

All you have to do is elevate it to level 16 of the game. This will activate the evolution sequence once the battle is over. As it evolves, it will become a Thwackey, also a Grass type, but instead of having a special stick, it will have two sticks in its hand.
