How to find Ponyta galariana in Pokemon Sword and Shield?

If you are a Sword player and want to acquire this character, then you will have to redeem it from Pokemon Shield. So first you have to find it and capture it. However, you should know that Ponyta will only be able to catch him when you have progressed halfway through the game, so if you haven't reached that point yet, then you'll have to wait until you get more level.

If you meet the above requirements, you must start your capture plan by heading to Glimwood Tangle, located south of Ballonlea, home of the fifth gym.
