• Target the Northwest: Head to the northwestern end of the map, specifically near Rogue Plaza.
• Find the Alley: Look for the alleyway situated right next to the Café Pokémon-Amie.
• The Sightings: Head into this alley. You should spot the small Pokémon sitting atop a market stall or food vendor structure.
• Capture Strategy: Since Swirlix is often preoccupied or unaware, you can usually capture it without initiating a battle. Simply use a Poké Ball and throw it directly at the unsuspecting Pokémon to secure the capture.
