Bleu Sector 5 Hotspot (Southwest Lumiose):

• Head to the southwest end of Lumiose City and navigate to Bleu Sector 5.
• Look for a market stall or vendor area. Spritzee is frequently found sitting directly on top of one of the structures here.

Rouge Sector 6 Area (Southeast):

• Travel to the area southeast of Rouge Sector 6.
