The next thing you have to do is climb the stairs to go to the connected building where you will find an unconscious soldier that you will have to finish in order to check the right side of the building to see the Kodama in the corner.
To find the next Kodama you will have to go to the house to the left of the third shrine. Go inside and check the boxes in the left corner to see it.
Then you will have to advance across the bridge from the third shrine and up the stairs to find the third dark kingdom. Search the path that leads to the rooftops to find the Kodama near the wooden fences.
After the third dark kingdom, you will have to go down the slope until you find three soldiers and a Nurikabe wall nearby. You will have to kill him or pacify him with a gesture to access a room where there are hot springs as well as a fence of the waters that will take you to some stairs that you will have to go down to find the last Kodama at the end of the tour.
