Can you play Nioh 2 in cooperative mode?
Just like the original version of the game, this one also has a cooperative game mode, in addition to the I.A. characters you can call up with Ochoko Cups, you can play live with real people.
How to play in Nioh 2 online co-op mode
The first thing you need to do is head to the Starting Point house on the map menu screen, find Torii Gate and choose where it says Expeditions or Random Encounters.
If you choose Expeditions you will have the possibility of the difficulty, the mission and if the friends can join, but you will not be able to invite them directly. Your friends will be able to access if you create the room and leave a private space open for them to access.
Your friend will have to change the "Special Matching Conditions" according to the option they choose.
If you choose the random matches, you will be able to choose the mission you want to play in rather than the people you want to play with, i.e. these will be added randomly.
