The best place to complete the challenge is Seven Outpost, since there are usually no enemies. To get here you will have to head north of Sanctuary and it has The Origin walking around it. When you arrive you will have to go 100 meters west, until you find a blue light from the ground. The light tells you where you have to plant the device to complete the mission.To establish the device you will have to walk to it and press the button with which you switch to the pickaxe. This will allow you to get 40,000 XP as a reward.
