How to Complete Velma's Found Quest in Fortnite

To complete Velma's quest, you must locate her missing magnifying glass.

1. Locate Velma (The Quest Giver)

Velma is typically located in a small house on the map, which is situated:

• North of Gourdy Gate
• Southwest of OXR HQ
• (Note: Based on player reports, this house is sometimes referred to as "Crackshot's Cabin" in other quest guides or previous seasons' maps, but its current map position is key.)

You will acquire the quest directly from the Velma NPC at this location.

2. Finding the Magnifying Glass

The most important clue is that the magnifying glass is located in the same house where you accepted the quest from Velma, despite the in-game map marker potentially appearing to be on a nearby mountain.

Location Details:

Go to the Second Floor: Walk up the stairs inside the house to access the second floor.

Find the Corner: Head over to the corner area of the second floor.

Look Behind the Boxes: You will find two boxes draped with white sheets in this corner.

Find the Item:

• You can either break the boxes with your Pickaxe to clear the path.
• Alternatively, walk around the right side of the boxes.
• Look down behind or next to these boxes to spot the small magnifying glass.

The magnifying glass is marked with bright white sparkles to help it stand out against the floor.

3. Recover the Item

• Interact with the magnifying glass.
• Once recovered, Velma will immediately collect her essential tool.

Completing this action officially finishes Velma's Found Quest and grants you 10,000 XP toward your Fortnitemares rewards!
