Fortnite: Where to Find Daphne's Luggage

The Fortnitemares 2024 event has transformed the island with spooky surprises and iconic crossovers, including the beloved Mystery Inc. crew from Scooby-Doo. As part of the seasonal quests, Daphne Blake needs your help solving a personal case: her luggage has been stolen! This guide will walk you through every step to locate Daphne and find her missing suitcase for a quick and easy 10,000 XP reward.

Step 1: Locating Daphne Blake on the Map

Your first task is to find the client herself. Daphne has set up an investigation board at the new Viney Shafts point of interest, which has replaced the old Shiny Shafts on the western side of the island.

• Precise Location: Look for the "Viney Shafts" label on your map. Daphne is positioned almost directly above the first 'S' in the word "Shafts."
• In-Game Marker: As you approach, keep an eye on your minimap for the characteristic three-dot NPC indicator.
• Starting the Quest: Interact with Daphne, who will be studying her clue board, and select the "Need help?" dialogue option. She will officially give you the "Find Daphne's Luggage" quest. Be aware: a four-minute timer starts as soon as you accept, so efficiency is key!

Step 2: The Search for the Stolen Luggage

The thief didn't venture far, but you'll need to leave Viney Shafts to track down the loot. From Daphne's location, head in a southwest direction, moving away from the main complex and toward the cliffs that overlook the area.

• Landmark: Your destination is a cliffside campsite located directly north of Outlaw Oasis.
• What to Look For: Once you reach the top of the cliff, you'll find a makeshift camp featuring an RV, the new Mothman NPC, and, most importantly, a pile of suspicious-looking luggage sitting near the campfire.

Simply approaching the luggage will automatically complete the "Find Daphne's Luggage" objective.

Step 3: Interrogating the Culprit and Claiming Your Reward

With the evidence found, it's time to confront the suspect. Walk over to the Mothman and interact with him. Choose the "Interrogate" dialogue option to hear his amusing confession.

He'll explain that he was attempting to be the one solving a mystery for a change, rather than being the monster behind it. Afterthis short conversation, the quest will immediately conclude, grantingyou a hefty 10,000 XP.

Important Note: You do not need to travel back to Daphne to report your success. The quest is fully complete after your chat with Mothman.

By finishing this quest, you've not only helped a classic character butalso progressed further in the Fortnitemares event, bringing you closerto unlocking all the exclusive rewards before the season ends.
