The hidden blocker is in the back of The Daily Bugle, a named location that is in the top right corner of the map. You should note that the blocker can only be found by going down the web jumper, behind the largest building in the POI. The net and blocker are located on the rocky structure north of The Daily Bugle River.Beneath the web, the blocker will slowly appear and you can destroy it using a pickaxe or weapon. This will allow you to get 40,000 XP as a reward.
