To find this fort you will have to either jump down from the bus or swim directly to the southwest corner of the map. Here you can find a fort divided into different parts, where each one is a maze of corridors and stairs full of loot.
Here you can also find Ocean, the area chief, who will drop the Explosion Assault Rifle and the Bottomless Chug Jug upon death, as well as a Vault Key Card, which will open a vault in one of the towers filled with booty.
When trying to open the vault you will have to be careful of the two sentinel weapons that will be waiting for you.
