This all comes under the "Meeting in the Millwall" quest, so get together with Yvette from the Vagabonds. You'll learn from Yvette that Uma is actually imprisoned in a police station cell, taken by the Isle of Dogs Syndicate and the Vagabonds want to get her back. You have two strategic options moving forward :
- Distract: Organize some kind of distraction to bring the opponents off guard, which will give Yvette an opportunity to carry out the rescue.
- Direct Extraction: Break Umah out yourself while getting covered by Yvette and her team.
If you pick the first approach, there will be a confrontation outside the police station, and you have to kill all of them, the Isle of Dogs Syndicate members. At first, pay attention to killing the enemies with firearms; also, eliminate the ones who are trying to get closer to you.
We recommend to select the latter option, this way, you will have to deal with only two enemies. Once the alarm rings, head to the left and look for the entrance to the Tower Hamlets Police Station. This is where you can start sneaking your way through some guards already inside the police station, or you can face them head on.
Your target is the left door in front of you. You may enter in one of two ways: either pick the simple Novice lock with lockpicks, or wait for one of the gang members to come outside. Be sure to kill them both down here using either the close-range powerhouse of melee weapons or good close-range firearms like shotguns. You could also make use of stealth attacks if you want to cause a scene but don't have any requirement to stay hidden. The door to Uma's cell is not difficult to unlock, as it is of a low Novice security level.
Speak with Uma. Leave the police station. Chances are that outside, there will be a number of Syndicate members who have had the misfortune of being gunned down by Yvette and her team. Feel free to strip the bodies. Proceed to point 4 to meet with the guy.
