Of course, whether a seasoned Wastelander or just a newcomer to post-apocalyptic London, this guide will equip you with the knowledge that will help you in overcoming this challenge for the quest.

Questa Arms Up

This is the "Arms Up" mission belonging to the Vagabonds questline. You will be able to unlock it right after having officially joined the faction, courtesy of Bullettooth Anthony. You are to infiltrate the warehouse of the Isle of Dogs Syndicate. Frosty Valentina will help you in this task. There is an optional challenge to make things more interesting.

Valentina hangs out in the Bakery building, handily placed in Millwall, and is also marked on your world map. Speak with her and give her the key card you got from Anthony. She's got the know-how to reprogram the card, but she'll need certain crafting resources to do so.

How to get Copper, Plastic and Piece of Circuitry in Fallout London

Items that are considered Junk are needed to make important goods. You can find Junk and sort it out into a different tab in your inventory. You can know the composition of any Junk by highlighting that particular item. This may include Copper, Plastic, or Circuitry.

Most of the junk can be found by exploring areas of the in-game world or bought from one of many traders. One of the most convenient ones is Nadia's Trade Post, south of Vagabonds' main base, the Swan & Mitre.

If you are mainly farming Copper and Circuitry, Telephones would be the way forward. Sold by Nadia for 14 Tickets each, every Telephone contains at least one Copper and two Circuitry.

For Plastic, an easier way of getting it is through the Cafeteria Trays. Sold by Nadia for 6 Tickets each, these give two units of Plastic. With careful buying of these items from Nadia, you will quickly have the materials needed for your crafting.

The Hacked Key Card

Once you've managed to scavenge the amount of junk requested, return to Valentina. A new dialogue option should now be available labeled, "I have procured the components you required." Sell the junk to Valentina, who will then process the needed materials on her own.

However, if this dialogue still isn't activated you haven't gathered all the items you need yet. In this case, purchase or search for one more Telephone, for instance.

Now you can follow Nadia to a new room on the ground floor. After a short dialogue, Nadia will give you the Hacked Warehouse Key Card.

Use Hacked Warehouse Key Card

Your goal is to infiltrate the Kinoworld Cinema warehouse, one of the maximum-security outposts for the Isle of Dogs Syndicate. Of course, there are guards posted at the entrance to the warehouse. While the enemies that guard the entrance pose a threat, there are strategic possibilities to remove them. Night would, in fact, be the best time for this operation to get around and to execute it properly, as one may easily slip through because of poor visibility.

After gaining entrance using Valentina's key card on the reader, the warehouse's defensive systems will be temporarily bridged, creating a narrow window of opportunity. Your first priority will be to locate the bomb site. You also have the optional objective to free the back door from its restraints to let in the Vagabonds gang for their entrance.
