How to Find Skorda in the Oodham in Dune Awakening

In Dune: Awakening, the Hunting Skorda mission can be a bit tricky due to a lack of clear in-game directions. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to help you locate Skorda in O'odham and successfully complete the contract in Arrakeen, leading you to an encounter with the legendary Mentat, Thufir Hawat.

Dune Awakening: Find Skorda in the Oodham

Step 1: Head to O’odham

The first and crucial step is to ensure you are in the O’odham area. This is a region on Arrakis, and your map should show its boundaries.

Step 2: Go to the West Camp

• Once you are in O'odham, your next objective is to locate the West Camp.
• Upon arriving at the West Camp, you'll need to meticulously search the area for Skorda. He can be found somewhere within the camp.
• Locating Skorda: Explore the camp carefully until you spot him. He might be slightly hidden, so keep an eye out for interactable NPCs.
• Interact: Once you've located Skorda, approach him and interact to progress the mission and get your next objective.

Step 3: Fly to the Shield Wall

• After your conversation with Skorda, your immediate next move is to return to a major travel point.
• You have two options: either head back to the Crossroads Tradepost or, for direct convenience, fly directly to the Shield Wall.
• Open your map and plot a course straight to the Shield Wall.

Step 4: Travel to Arrakeen via the Overworld

• From the Shield Wall, you'll need to access the Overworld map.
• Select Arrakeen as your destination and initiate your flight. The game might take a few seconds to load as you transition between regions, so be patient.

Step 5: Run Through Arrakeen to the Residency Area

• Once your Ornithopter lands in Arrakeen, start moving west.
• Your objective is to make your way past the main landing zone and continue through the city towards the Residency Area.
• Keep running forward through the area without stopping until you reach the next specific location.

Step 6: Find the Bald NPC at the Edge (Thufir Hawat)

• Continue running until you reach the very edge of the Residency Area.
• You are looking for a distinctive bald NPC standing there. This individual is none other than Thufir Hawat, the renowned Mentat.
• Interact: Once you find him, approach and talk to him. He will greet you with the line, "I expected you."
• Complete Contract: After this short exchange with Thufir Hawat, the "Hunting Skorda" contract will be successfully completed.
