How to Get the Myst Form in Fortnite

Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3: Super introduces a variety of powerful weapons and tools, granting players unique abilities. While the Myst Gauntlets have allowed players to unleash deadly ravens upon their foes since the season's launch, the "Myst" powers extend even further with the introduction of the Myst Form. This ability allows players to transform into a fast-moving raven, providing a strategic advantage for avoiding gunfights and gaining aerial positioning.

How to Get the Myst Form in Fortnite

The Myst Form is an Epic rarity Utility Item exclusively found in Battle Royale. While its acquisition can rely on random loot drops, there are more consistent methods to obtain it:

• Academy Tech Labs: The most reliable way to acquire the Myst Form is by purchasing it from the Academy Tech Labs for 400 Gold. You can find an Academy Tech Lab in Supernova Academy, often located in the basement of one of the buildings (e.g., the eastern building's basement). More Academy Tech Labs may open around the map later in the season. These labs may have locked rooms that require a certain Hero Rank to access, which can contain higher-tier items.
• Destroying Spires: Defeating a Spire on the map will usually drop a Hero Item, which can include the Myst Form. Spires are mini-boss encounters.
• Hero Caches: Opening Hero Caches of a higher tier (like B Rank or higher) offers a good chance of obtaining the Myst Form as a Hero Item. Your Hero Rank increases during each match by performing "heroic deeds" such as eliminating enemies, surviving storm phases, or eliminating henchmen. Higher Hero Ranks (C, B, A, S, S+) grant access to better Hero Cache loot.
• Chests and Rare Chests: While less reliable, there's a chance to find the Myst Form by simply opening standard Chests and Rare Chests scattered across the map.

How to Use the Myst Form in Fortnite

The Myst Form is an Epic rarity Utility Item that provides temporary flight and invulnerability, allowing you to "leave the physical world" for a short duration.

• Activation: When equipped in your loadout, you can activate the Myst Form cloak by using L2 or R2 (controller) or Left-Click or Right-Click (PC).
• Flight and Invulnerability: Upon activation, you will transform into a raven and fly forward,gaining free control over your ascent and descent. During thistransformation, you are invulnerable to damage.
• Duration and Cooldown: The Myst Form only lasts for a few seconds. After use, it has a 20-second cooldown. The item has a total of 10 uses.
• Fall Damage Immunity: When you exit the Myst Form, you will have immunity to fall damage until you reach the ground, providing a safe landing after your flight.
• Canceling the Form: You can cancel the Myst Form prematurely by:
  • Switching to another weapon.
  • Reactivating the Myst Form button (L2/R2, LT/RT, Left-Click/Right-Click).

Ascended Myst: It's worth noting that if you have both the Myst Gauntlets and the Myst Form in your inventory, they will automatically combine into a single, more powerful item called Ascended Myst. This upgraded version offers higher damage for the raven blast and alonger-lasting invulnerability when using the flight ability.
