How To Begin the Sacred Records Quest in Dune: Awakening
To start the "Sacred Records" quest, you must seek out Jocasta Cleo, the advanced Bene Gesserit trainer.
- Jocasta Cleo's Location: Jocasta Cleo can be found in Harko Village.
- Reaching Harko Village:
- If you possess an Ornithopter, flying directly to Harko Village is the most efficient method, saving you valuable Solari.
- Alternatively, you can fast travel to Harko Village from any trade post by paying 2500 Solari to a Taxi NPC. Given that the quest involves traveling between regions multiple times, having your own Ornithopter will be a significant advantage throughout the mission.
- Initiating the Quest: Speak with Jocasta Cleo to set the quest in motion. She will task you with retrieving two Fremen records from the Vermillius Gap and the Eastern Shield Wall regions.
How To Complete the Sacred Records Quest in Dune: Awakening
You will need to visit two distinct
locations to collect the required Fremen records: the Suk Alusus black
market in the Vermillius Gap region and the Stone Sentinel in the
Eastern Shield Wall.
Suk Alusus in Vermillius Gap
Locate Suk Alusus: This black market is situated right at the base of Mirzabah’s Hammer in the Vermillius Gap region.Clear the Entrance: Expect to encounter and clear out several bandits guarding the entrance to the market.Enter the Rock Formation: Head for an entrance that leads inside the rock formation. Be prepared for more enemies inside.Find the ID Badge: On the first floor inside, locate and pick up an ID badge.Navigate to the Market Area: Do not follow the immediate quest marker after picking up the ID badge, as it might lead you to a blocked path. Instead, return to the main market area.Pass the Pentashield: Find the door in the market area that is blocked by a pentashield. The
ID badge you just acquired will allow you to pass through it.Ascend and Locate Record: Head upstairs to the room above. You will find an urn containing the first Fremen record inside this room.The Stone Sentinel in Eastern Shield Wall
Travel to Stone Sentinel: Next, make your way to the towering Stone Sentinel in the Eastern Shield Wall region.Ascend the Structure: The record is at the very top of this imposing structure, too high to reach with an Ornithopter. You will need to carefully climb the statue using suspension belts. If you have invested points in the Trooper class, the Shigawire Claw ability will greatly assist your ascent.Locate the Second Record: Once you reach the very top, you will find a chest containing a unique schematic. Also, on a wall lit up by a red glowing light, you will find the second Fremen record.Return to Jocasta Cleo
- With both Fremen records in hand, return to Jocasta Cleo in Harko Village to complete the quest.
- Rewards: Upon completion, you will receive XP and successfully unlock the Tier 2 skills for the Bene Gesserit skill tree, allowing you to further advance your abilities as a Bene Gesserit.
