How to Change Name in Dragon Quest Monsters The Dark Prince

Once you arrive at the depot, look for Zachariah, who will assist you with changing your monster names. Zachariah is an NPC (non-playable character) who is always present at the depot. Approach Zachariah and press the 'X' button on your controller to initiate a conversation.

After interacting with Zachariah, a menu will appear on your screen. This menu provides various options for managing your monsters. From this menu, select the "Change Name" option using your controller. This will allow you to customize the names of your monsters.

Now that you've accessed the "Change Name" option, you can begin customizing individual monster names. Each monster in your squad will be listed, and you can select them one by one to change their names. Follow the prompts on-screen to enter new names for each monster as desired. Apart from monster names, Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince also allows you to change main character names. To do this, open up the menu and navigate to the "System" tab. Within the "System" tab, select "Other" to access additional options. From there, click on the "Change Name" option to modify your main character names.

After entering a new name for your main character(s), click on "Confirm" to finalize and apply changes.
