Knowing how to get Plague Ichor in No Rest for the Wicked involves embarking on another quest where we can unlock some missions. In the mission "Bloodshed", we will have to help Roan collect Plague Ikor and deliver it to the Watcher. However, getting Plague Spawns is not an easy task to accomplish because they are quite rare. Luckily for us, there is a great way to grow Plague Ikor and here we tell you everything you need to know.

How to get Plague Ichor in No Rest for the Wicked?

To complete the quest, we will not only need the plague ichor, but also upgrade our equipment, rings and tool slots. The quickest way to farm Plague Icor is to defeat the boss, we will encounter bosses at the end of each main quest, so we won't have to wait for them to appear. Ikor Plague will definitely drop from bosses, but if we don't want to run around looking for them all, there is another way to farm Ikor Plague.

At our current character level, we must create a new kingdom and complete the first quest until we reach the first boss of the game. It's our job to defeat it, then rinse and repeat with the new kingdom. Plague Icor can also be used to upgrade inventory slots. Each upgrade requires a plague to be spawned, and there are a total of 8 slots in our inventory that we can upgrade to increase the capacity by 5 more slots.
