How To Make The Party Invisible in Dragon Quest 3 Remake?
You can purchase Fading Jennys for 300 gold apiece from the general store in Lanson town. You can find Lanson along the southern edge of the map; to get to it, your ship needs to sail to the island in the middle. Regardless of your skill level, it won't be hard to moor along the shore and hike to Lanson—which is situated along the eastern side of the island—and back. To get to the general merchandise store from the left-hand side of town, go south on main street. It is the second shop on that street.
How Does Fading Jenny Work in Dragon Quest 3?
Using a Fading Jenny outside of combat will cause the entire party to become invisible for a duration measured in steps taken, rather than time passed. You won't be able to speak to any NPCs while invisible, since they will behave as though a ghost is haunting them. Due to the fact that enemies in the overworld and dungeons can still perceive you and trigger random encounters, this only works on NPCs.
The effects of Fading Jenny will wear off after running in a circle for a few seconds, and you can talk to NPCs again.
How to Get to Edina in Dragon Quest 3 Remake
Use a Fading Jenny to turn invisible and slip past the guard at Edina's main gate; he won't let anyone in. While a Fading Jenny is up, you can walk by him without incident, and you can use it right in front of him without a penalty. Once you are in, you can wear off your Fading Jenny with no one batting an eyebrow. You will need another Fading Jenny to pass the guard after the initial entry.
