The first thing you have to do is complete the first mission of The Witch Queen expansion of Destiny 2, then go to the Tower and go to Ikora, who will be in the Bazaar.
You will have to interact with Ikora to increase your vacuum power as a guardian. You will be able to find a lot of upgrades and the last one in the top row are the grenades. You should note that the Void Grenade upgrades will have a price of 3,000 Glimmer. Price that we recommend you to pay to be able to use this item early in the main story.
Remember to meditate with the item next to Ikora to unlock it in the Guardian Void Subclass menu.
