The Motherhood door code in Death Stranding 2 is cleverly hidden in plain sight. If you carefully examine the order description for Order 26, it explicitly instructs you to read the Corpus entry for the Motherhood very carefully. To find the code:

Open the Corpus from the pause menu.

Scroll down to the Facilities section.

Locate the Motherhood entry, which is typically found near the bottom of the list, alongside entries for the Northern Environmental Observatory and F2 South DistributionCenter.

The bottom of the Corpus entry for the Motherhood explicitly states that the passcode is your birthday! That's right, the Motherhood passcode is the exact date of birth you entered at the very beginning of Death Stranding 2.

If, for some reason, you've forgotten the birthday you initially entered, there's a convenient solution: you can press a designated button on the Motherhood's Corpus page to reveal the four-digit code directly. Once you have the code, simply input your birthday into the keypad, and the door will open, granting you access to the Motherhood. A lengthycutscene awaits you inside, so it's a good idea to save your gamebeforehand.

Successfully connecting the Motherhood to the ChiralNetwork will unlock the ability to build structures in the desert region that you likely traversed to reach the facility. This is a significanttime-saver. Depending on the activity of other players on your server,you'll immediately see a multitude of helpful structures like JumpRamps, Generators, and other useful items as soon as you step backoutside. There's even a Monorail available for repair if you're prepared to gather all the necessary materials.
