For certain challenges, such as the "Paint it Black" challenge, players are required to argue with their family members, including their father.If you're looking to complete this task and need to know the best way to trigger an argument with your father, this guide will provide you with several effective methods.

BitLife: How to argue with your father

BitLife offers multiple avenues to provoke an argument with your father, ranging from childhood antics to choices you make as an adult. While there is no single method that guarantees an argument, these actions increase the chances of him reacting negatively, giving you the opportunity to argue back.

1. Getting in Trouble at School (Childhood)

This is an effective early-game method to get your father to argue with you. Your actions at school often have consequences at home.

• Bully or Retaliate: As a child, you can either bully other students or retaliate when they bother you.
• Insult Your Teacher: A more direct approach is to select your teacher and either act up repeatedly in class or insult them.
• The Outcome: Your teacher will eventually send you to the principal's office, where you may be warned, suspended, or expelled. Regardless of the punishment, the principal will typically inform your parents, leading to a confrontation with your father.

2. Giving a Negative Gift (Any Age)

A surefire way to provoke a negative reaction is by giving a gift your father will despise.

• What to Gift: Look for gifts that are universally disliked, such as a lump of coal, dead flowers, or a bad painting.
• The Process: You can do this repeatedly within the same year if you have enoughmoney to buy multiple gifts. Giving a gift he hates will often result in a negative reaction and a chance to argue.

3. Engaging in Controversial Activities (Adult Life)

As your character gets older, their life choices can also become a source of contention with a disapproving parent.

• Create an OF Page: Under the "Social Media" tab, you can create an OnlyFans page. Creating content repeatedly will often lead to a negative reaction from yourfamily, including your father. This method can be completed quicklywithin a single year.
• Famous Photoshoots: If yourcharacter becomes famous, you can engage in photoshoots. Sometimes,these photoshoots will be controversial or revealing, leading to yourfather expressing his disapproval and potentially starting an argument.This method is slower, as photoshoots are limited to once per year.

Relationship After the Argument

It's important to note that successfully arguing with your father will cause a significant drop in your relationship stat with him. If yourrelationship was already low, he may refuse to speak to you.

• Recovery: To repair the relationship, you can give him gifts he appreciates, orthe stat will naturally increase over time if it was high before theargument.
