BitLife's weekly challenges offer players a chance to complete unique objectives for special cosmetic rewards. The "Nerd Challenge" is a fun-themed event that requires a specific set of life choices, combining a bit of luck with strategic planning. This guide will walk you through each of the five objectives, providing a step-by-step path to victory without needing any special career packs or expansions.

Challenge Objectives

To complete the Nerd Challenge, you must achieve the following goals in a single life:

• Be born in Texas.
• Wear glasses.
• Join the Science Club.
• Join the Dungeons and Dragons Club.
• Become a computer programmer.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

1. Be Born in TexasThis first objective is the easiest to accomplish. At the very beginning of your character's life, during the character creation screen, selectthe United States as your country. From there, choose one of the majorcities in Texas, such as Austin, Dallas, or Houston, as your birthplace. Your character's initial stats don't matter for this step, but a highsmarts stat will be beneficial for later career goals.

2. Wear GlassesThis is a straightforward objective that depends on a random event.Simply age up your character until a pop-up appears in which yourparents express concern about your eyesight and suggest an eye exam.When given the option, choose to fail the exam by selecting a responsethat indicates you need glasses. This action will automatically causeyour character to start wearing glasses, fulfilling the requirement.

3. & 4. Join the Science and Dungeons and Dragons ClubsThese two objectives are often the most difficult to complete due totheir reliance on luck. You can begin joining school clubs in middleschool.

• How to Find the Clubs: To find these clubs, navigate to the School menu and then select the Activities option.
• Identification: Look for the clubs in the alphabetical list of activities. The Science Club is identifiable by a DNA emoji, while the Dungeons and Dragons Club is often found with a dice emoji next to its name.
• Strategies for Finding Them: Since the list of clubs is randomized each year, you may not find them right away. If you get unlucky, you have a few options:
  • Graduate and Age Up: Move on to high school or university, and check the activities list again. Each new school provides a new opportunity.
  • Re-enroll in University: If you don't find the clubs in university, you can drop out and then re-enroll to get a fresh list of activities.
  • Restart the Life: If you're struggling to find the clubs as a teenager, it may be moreefficient to create a new character and try again from the start.

5. Become a Computer ProgrammerThe final objective requires a specific career path.

• Education: First, you'll need to go to university. Make sure your character'ssmarts are high enough to get accepted. Once you enroll, choose a majorin either Computer Science or Information Systems. If these options aren't immediately available, try restarting the app or aging up a year to refresh the list of degrees.
• Job Search: After graduating from university, go to the Full-Time Jobs section. Look for a "Computer Programmer" position on the list.
• Troubleshooting: If the job doesn't appear right away, restart the BitLife app torefresh the job market and check again. Keep trying until the positionappears and then pass the interview to secure the job.

Onceyou have successfully completed all five steps, the "Nerd Challenge"will be complete, and you'll receive your special cosmetic reward.
